BioA chef with over twenty years experience. What Bourdain refers to as a lifer. I love what I do. Good food is one of my many passions. I too, completely and totally despise the clueless no-talent hack known as Raytard. She is an insult to everyone in the cooking profession and anyone who has ever prepared a real meal for family and loved ones. Don't even get me started on her total lack of sanitation and food handling! Salmonella anyone? She's the patron saint of salmonella and ecoli
I am also disgusted with the so-called Food Network for getting away from the what got them to prominence in the first place: chef driven cooking shows. Now it's white-trash and road kill "cooking" with Cheez Whiz and seasoning packets by people who've never set foot in a commercial kitchen. And let's not forget the constant barrage of nightly chili cook-offs, cake-offs, bake-offs, and assorted jack-offs. Enough already! We all know how to prepare healthy nutritious meals for our families. Why don't we have our own shows?
The old shows showed many how to make signature restaurant dishes at home. It also focused on skills and techniques used by professionals so that home cooks could prepare food more quickily and efficiently. It used to be informative for professionals and amatuers alike. Now it's a fucking joke! Raytard and Scamdra Lee et al in saturation rotations along with that insipid fake eyebrow pertpetually bug-eyed bitch Robin Miller. None of these ditzy twits have ever worked in a fine dining restaurant or pretty much any restaurant for that matter. Does being a HoJo fountain girl count as professional experience?
This site is a godsend! To all the Raytardites out there, you know who you Kool-Aid drinking lemmings are, you have have your own community in which you can heap all the praise your little hearts desire on your precious and deified Raytard. Just because we here do not share your views and opinions of RR is no reason for you post your complaints here or to email me. It will fall on very deaf ears. If you send me hate mail, I will post your address and let other members lambaste you. You've been warned. Now think at least twice before hitting send.
